Cicciobello Rumbly Tummy Doll

Both the girls love playing dolls, caring for them, feeding them, changing them taking them for a walk, so when we were asked to review the Cicciobello Rumbly tummy doll we were very excited. They like a doll to be as realistic as possible and to be able to get accessories that will fit and be able to use with the doll is great.  This doll is all this and more.

rumbly doll

To start with he says over 40 sentences and sounds.  There are different actions that your child can take part in. He comes with an interactive spoon, when he gets hungry you use spoon to fill him up  if you don’t feed him enough he will tell you he is still hungry and if you don’t feed him he will cry just like a real baby!!! and after feeding him his mouth will become dirty, this does not happen everytime just to add to the reality of the doll.  He will ask to be cleaned with the cloth and when you do the light around his mouth will turn off. He also gets thirsty and he comes with his special orange juice with a straw. while you are feeding him he may dribble, and his mouth will go orange and you can wipe this away with the cloth. He will tell you when he is dirty.

When he has eaten and had a drink he may also get a tummy ache and a red light will appear in his tummy and you will have to massage his tummy to make it go away, he will then stop crying and might even break wind (this makes everyone smile even nanny!!!). He will also need to use the potty he will get a dirty bottom a yellow light comes on his bottom to show he is dirty and needs to be cleaned up again if you use the other cloth this will clean him up in no time.

If you get fed up with the demands then this can be easily stopped by popping on his dummy which we thought was great

This is a great doll it comes with a potty, dummy, juice box cleaning cloths and a spoon. He needs 3 AA batteries and retails from around £49.99. When you start him up you will need to make sure that he is on the correct language for you. There are also other products that you can buy to acompany Cicciobello.

LEGO Friends and LEGO Elves, perfect sets for the LEGO loving girl.

We can all say that we have all played with lego at some time in our life (and stood on it too!!!).  First a quick history in lego just incase you were wondering. Lego began in 1939 by a danishes carpentry workshop making small toys  just after the second world war they purchased a molding machine which created the Lego that we know the first item made was a truck. Hours of fun can also be had creating something out of a pile of coloured and different sized bricks. From houses to cars and more. When we were younger it was more about creating something that you had thought of. Now there are loads of play sets complete with step by step instructions on how to build, so even the little ones can have a go and help out which the love.

They come from a price range of pocket money prices £5.00 right up to £200 plus. There are a huge range of sets available and for all ages too. With Lego Duplo for the younger ones as the pieces are bigger again a huge range available from Mickey Mouse to forest ducks. Then there is Lego again there are some may themes that have now been created in lego. From famous films like Star Wars and Back to the Future right back to a plan or a house.

Now when i was younger Lego was very for the boys but now there is a great range for girls, with almost everything covered. From the Frozen Castle with Elsa and Anna to Rapunzel and they have also created a range calledIMG_1851 Friends which are Lego playsets for girls from a Private Jet, a pop star stage show. they have even made a car and petrol station girly.

Our two love anything small so Lego is always a winner something they can have as a treat or as a big present for a birthday, and with such a great range there is always something for them. They love to help build and find the pieces using the instruction book. They use bright and girly colours and themes so that they are different for the boys.

There new range that we are collecting is from the Magical World of Elvendale, with flying horses to crystals exploding functions. All the Lego sets that we have get kept as they are so they can be played with time and again and as its Lego it stays together well and pieces don’t get lost (or sucked up the hoover).  The girls make small changes as everything is interchangeable. The little people figures are also a really winner and they all have different chapters too.

Baby Annabell Potty

Baby Annabell is a great favorite in our house, she is very real and even has great life-like functions. She responds to your touch. She can cry real tears. sucks on her dummy you can wind her like a real baby. When she is tired you can put her down for a sleep. When she is happy and content she will babble and giggle to show she is happy. Baby Annabell starts from around £25.49

This is a great doll that will grow with your child as there are lots of accessions from clothes, pushchairs and other accessions.

We had the Baby Annabell’s first potty to review this is a great play accessory for your Baby Annabell doll. It is an interactive potty with a jingle, toilet sounds and realistic baby noises. This pink and white sheep potty has a variety of different Potty sounds. Baby Annabell sits on the potty without falling off so is great even for the real little ones with a Baby Annabell. Available from £22.33

Doc McStuffins Eye Doctor Bag Set

Boo loves Doc McStuffins. The days we must spend watching her fix her toys this winter could amount to many. To be honest, she is pretty amazing. I like to liken her to nurse nancy with more up to date equipment. She was my favourite back in the day.

This set comes with everything you need to keep your toys eyes look good. With a changeable set of lenses, endoscope, pippet, working head torch, eye chart, eye patch and a stunning bag to keep it all in, kids will feel just like Doc herself.

The set itself is covered in an old favourite, glitter. But unlike cheap toys, the glitter actually stays put. A massive plus for me.

We decided to shoot a little unboxing video, so we can show you just how fabulous this set is. It is our first, so please be gentle.
